Attorney Oppenheim, a graduate of Bowdoin College and Suffolk University School of Law has practiced for over thirty-four years in Falmouth. His practice has included real estate, estate planning and administration and business planning. He has twenty two years of experience as a mediator, working in the private sector, Falmouth District Court and the Barnstable Probate Court.
Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Falmouth Service Center, Inc., Falmouth Community Television, Inc., Marine Biological Laboratory Associates, Inc. and the Friends of Falmouth Bikeways, Inc. He has also served as an officer and on the Boards of The Falmouth Chamber of Commerce, Inc., Falmouth Housing Trust, Inc., and the Falmouth Jewish Congregation, Inc.
Attorney Oppenheim is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the State of Rhode Island.
Geoff has experience both in the public sector, as a former Philadelphia City Solicitor, and in the private sector. He has helped real estate clients in permitting, development, leasing, acquisition, and dispositions of real estate. Geoff has worked on leases for startup companies and for large clients in complex commercial developments. His estate planning and administration practices focus on getting clients the advice they need to make informed decisions.
Geoff graduated from Dartmouth College, and is a cum laude graduate of Villanova University School of Law. He serves on many nonprofit boards, and is a former Chair of the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce and President of Falmouth Road Race, Inc., in addition to serving as Vice Chair of the Falmouth Scholarship Association.
A resident of Falmouth, Geoff enjoys spending time with his family and taking part in the many outdoor activities that the Cape has to offer.
Kathy Leary and Lisa Garland are the Firm’s Paralegals, working closely with clients and their peers to advance the interests of our firm’s clients and colleagues. Yuval Bar is our firm’s Legal Assistant, and is often the first person to greet those who call or arrive at our office for a meeting.
